The apartment is located on the ground floor of the apartment house. In excellent position and only 50 m from the foot of the ski slope while an excellent starting point for hikers, cyclists, and fans of all sports. The complex was built in 2008.

Suitable for families, young couples, the elderly, and accessible to everyone. In the immediate vicinity of Hotel Larix **** Ramada Resort Kranjska Gora, Aqua Larix water park, and Casino Larix. There are shops, a bank, health center and more only 100 m away.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has one bedroom. The overall size of the apartment is 38m2 and has an additional, direct exit to the parking lot. It lies on the SW side of the building and offers a view towards the ski slope in winter, which become pastures in the summer. Distance is a mere 50 m away.

Apartment 2 can accommodate 4-5 people.

All 4 beds are in the bedroom, so the room is not overly spacious. However, apartment 2 bedroom is equipped with the following beds:

  • a large double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm
  • a bunk bed (2 beds) measuring 90 x 190 cm.

Extra bed linen is always available in the bedroom if needed.

Due to a somewhat smaller bedroom, the living space is larger and offers more daylight. It has a comfortable sofa (195 x 150) cm with an excellent suspension and is, therefore, suitable for comfortable sleeping for 1-2 people.

In the living area, there is also a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary household appliances (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster), with household utensils, plates, cutlery, utensils, and pans. You can prepare all meals to the taste of your dearest and you can cook at any time.

A large, oval dining table (140 x 90 cm) with 6 comfortable seats to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. In the living room, there is a large chest with drawers SAT flat-screen TV, and cable connection. For internet connection, there is a WI-FI and works great throughout the apartment.

Part of the chest of drawers is reading and playing corner for the youngest. There are several board games and picture books available.

The living room and bedroom are connected to the bathroom, which has all the basic hygiene equipment you need (shower gel, hair shampoo, liquid soap, hairdryer, toilet paper).

The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and always enough towels to use. The bathroom is separated from the main entrance by the hallway. In the hallway, there is a large wardrobe where you can store all your luggage. Ski and shared bicycle storage are possible on the ground floor of the building. Around the building are private parking spaces, arranged and precisely defined for each apartment separately.

Guest access

Access to the apartment is possible from several sides.

From the main road leading to the center, turn right in front of the Larix / Ramada Hotel towards the ski slope/pastures in summer.

First access is possible through the main entrance of the apartment house, located on the north side of the house and is visible from the road. The apartment is located on the ground floor.

Second access,(preferred by many guests) is located on the south side of the building. You drive around the building and park in the corner SW part of the building facing the ski slope. There is also a reserved private parking space . There is a direct entrance from the parking lot into the apartment. This is useful since you can store all your luggage as soon as you arrive.

Outside the apartment, there is folding wooden garden furniture (table, chairs, bench, and parasol) for you to enjoy the fresh air in the mornings and evenings.

We will contact you no later than 3 days before arrival and via e-mail send you all the instructions.

If you can plan your arrival within the house working hours, there is also a possibility of a personal reception. Otherwise, you always have the option of picking up the keys in the key box, which is securely installed at the pick-up point. There is also access to the common areas for storing bicycles in summer and skis in winter.

We will make sure that the apartment meets high standards of hygiene and that all contact points are properly disinfected. You will enter into the fresh and ventilated room.
